An amazing samgyeopsal (saam gyub saal) 삼겹살, sliced pork belly with raw oysters. Comes with super fresh lettuce, panga (Korean herb), and salted cabbage. Absolutely exquisite. Take a piece of the pork belly, placed it on a several fresh greens, add oysters, kim chee, salted baby shrimps, soy bean paste (daen jang)…wraped it all together…and enjoy. OMG! Must-EAT.
